1. 使用应用
VoiceCamera 是一款 iPhone 相机应用，提供语音命令和手动控件来拍照、录像和创建实况照片。您应遵守适用法律、他人隐私权以及拍摄地点的规则。您对使用本应用创建和保存的内容负责。
2. VoiceCamera Pro
VoiceCamera Pro（产品标识符：com.ace.voicecamera.pro.lifetime）是一次性、非消耗型 App 内购买，不是自动续订订阅。购买可解锁 App 内展示的 Pro 功能。可用功能与相机能力可能因 iPhone 型号、iOS 版本和硬件支持而不同；例如，4K 或 60 fps 并非每台设备都可用。
购买与付款由 Apple 处理，并与购买时使用的 Apple Account 关联。您可以在 App 内使用“恢复购买”来恢复符合条件的已购项目。退款、账单和购买争议遵循 Apple 的流程和规则。
3. Apple 标准 EULA
除非适用法律另有要求，本应用采用 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议（EULA）。如本页与 Apple 标准 EULA 存在冲突，以 Apple 标准 EULA 为准。
4. 不作保证与责任限制
本应用按“现状”和“可用”基础提供。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不保证应用不间断、无错误，或在每个设备、网络、语言或系统版本上均可使用。请备份重要媒体，并在拍摄前确认设备存储空间、电量和权限状态。

Terms of Use
1. Using the app
VoiceCamera is an iPhone camera app with voice commands and manual controls for taking photos, recording video, and creating Live Photos. You must comply with applicable law, others’ privacy rights, and rules at the location where you capture media. You are responsible for the content you create and save with the app.
2. VoiceCamera Pro
VoiceCamera Pro (product identifier com.ace.voicecamera.pro.lifetime) is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase, not an auto-renewing subscription. It unlocks the Pro features presented in the app. Features and camera capabilities may vary by iPhone model, iOS version, and hardware support; for example, 4K or 60 fps is not available on every device.
Apple processes purchases and payments, which are associated with the Apple Account used to make the purchase. You may use Restore Purchase in the app to restore eligible purchases. Refunds, billing, and purchase disputes follow Apple’s processes and rules.
3. Apple Standard EULA
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, this app uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If this page conflicts with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls.
4. Disclaimers and limitation
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or availability on every device, network, language, or system version. Back up important media and verify storage, battery, and permission status before capture.
5. Changes and contact
